Once a bright prospect for Indian football, the attacking midfielder took the ISL by storm in the inaugural season.

His effective playmaking skills for FC Goa earned him an opportunity to play abroad, in South America. He featured in only 8 matches for Brazilian side Atletico Paranaense, following which he made a comeback to FC Goa.

Having played for the club till 2017 and then a small stint with Kolkata giants East Bengal, he was roped in by Delhi Dynamos FC.

But his performance dipped as the years rolled on. In the last season, he played 7 matches, in which he did not have any impact.

There was no huge improvement this year too, apart from the two goals he scored. His primary job is to provide assists, a job which he has failed to do in his two-year stay at the club, which makes his future at the club very vulnerable.

#1 Adria Carmona

Adria Carmona was benched for the most part of his stay at Spanish club Deportivo Lugo from 2016 to 2018, following which he was offered a contract by Delhi Dynamos FC.

Taking the long flight from his native place, he was up for a new challenge in the Indian capital, but his journey was not as smooth as he wanted it to be.

The winger played 12 matches for the club, having scored just a single goal and providing one assist throughout the season.Delhi Dynamos FC finished at the 8th position, having won just 4 out of their 18 fixtures.

They were never in contention for a top-four finish, they were inconsistent and managed to garner only 18 points in the ISL. Providing a single assist is a really poor display from the former La Liga star, it is likely he won’t be retained for the next season.
