Indian international midfielder Lalrindika Ralte, who plays his I-League football for East Bengal Club and is part of Indian Super League franchise Mumbai City FC, has once again picked up an ankle injury which will keep him out of action for a minimum of six weeks.
Ralte, one of India's most talented players is better known as Dika, has been having a few troubled months as he missed the later part of the 2014/15 I-League due to injury to his right ankle and yesterday he in pre-season training with East Bengal Club picked up another injury on the very same right ankle just above the old injury.
Dika's right foot has been put in a cast and he would have to keep it on for four weeks, thereafter he would need a minimum of two weeks to recover and get back into shape for match action.
The injury means Dika is set to miss the part of the Calcutta Premier Division which he was to play ahead of rejoining his ISL franchise Mumbai City FC, which also is unclear as it all would depend on his recovery.
