The reigning ISL League Shield Winners, Mumbai City FC have officially announced the signing of the 18-year-old Ishaan Shishodia on a three-and-a-half-year contract until the end of the 2026-27 season.
The young central midfielder not only assisted twice but also captained the Indian squad in the 2023 Under 19 SAFF Championship last year. The tournament which was held in Kathmandu's Dasharath Rangasala Stadium saw the Indian Colts lifting their third Under 19 SAFF championship title having defeated arch-rivals Pakistan by a 3-0 margin in the final.
The Ghaziabad-based Ishaan who has represented the Odisha FC Under 18 side and the Delhi Dynamos’ Under 15 side before this, will join his new teammates at Bhubaneshwar for the ongoing 2024 Indian Super Cup.

Speaking to the club's official website, an excited Ishaan Sisodia opened up about this incredible opportunity by saying:
