Good news for fans of South Asian football as the upcoming 2013 South Asian Football Federation Championship (SAFF Cup) in Kathmandu, Nepal from August 31 to September 11 will be telecast live on YouTube as a livestream.
All matches of the tournament will be shown as a livestream. But, the live streaming will not be available in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka due to the sale of television rights which contain online rights, but the fans across South Asia will be able to watch the full match recordings once the matches are over.

Also, it has been informed that there would be live telecast of the SAFF Championship matches on the following TV channels: Kantipur TV (Nepal), Bhutan Broadcasting Services (Bhutan), Tolo and Lemar TV (Afghanistan), Bangladesh TV (Bangladesh), MBC (Maldives) and on ESPN on Satellite and Cable.
The organisers will update the list once they have more confirmation from other national broadcasters.
