East Bengal
East Bengal was looking good in the first half but after being reduced to 10-men, they seldom looked at their best. The Red and Golds never looked like they wanted to win the game in the second half.
Ubaid CK (7.5/10) : Ubaid pulled off few good saves but was often nervy with holding the ball. He almost conceded a goal, trying to wrong-foot Miku in a harmless situation.
Gurwinder Singh (5.5/10) : Gurwinder mindlessly flung his hands up and conceded a penalty.
Eduardo Ferreira (8.5/10) : Eduardo made some brave last-ditch tackles and kept East Bengal into the game until the final third of the game.
Samad Ali Mallick (5/10) : Samad mindlessly elbowed Bose's face and was rightfully sent off. He was one of the reasons behind East Bengal's huge defeat today.
Lalramchullova (7/10) : Chullova did pretty well in the first half but struggled to mark Chhetri later on. He allowed Chhetri his second goal from a long cross.
Khalid Aucho (8/10) : Aucho was aggressive and agile during the whole match. He earned possession back for his team on numerous occasions.
Laldanmawia Ralte (8/10) : Ralte's crosses from the right was a regular threat to Bengaluru FC defence. He troubled Subhasish Bose in regular intervals with quick runs down the right.
Cavin Lobo (7.5/10) : Lobo had a decent game but could not be at his best and was subbed off later in the game.
Al-Amna (8.5/10) : Al-Amna held up play brilliantly and created space for Katsumi and Kromah to exploit. However, he slowed down the game on few occasions with unnecessary touches.
Katsumi (7.5/10) : The Japanese was only effective from corners and crosses. His crosses seldom found an East Bengal player in the box today.
Kromah (8.5/10) : Kromah scored in spectacular fashion to put East Bengal ahead but was rarely a threat later on for Bengaluru. His poor marking of Bheke also allowed Bengaluru to equalise.
