Former IndyCar driver Danica Patrick has uploaded a story on her Instagram account weighing in on Joe Biden reportedly considering pardoning Dr. Anthony Fauci. She reshared American conservative political commentator Tucker Carlson’s reel in which he reacted to the news.
The reel consisted of clips of Fauci’s court hearing and media houses talking about Biden’s decision to consider a preemptive pardon for him. The former NASCAR and IndyCar driver had a one-word reaction as she wrote:
“Criminal”
Fauci is the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the former chief medical advisor to the President. He spearheaded operations in the US when the pandemic hit the globe in 2019. However, it is alleged that NIH invested in the Wuhan Institute of Virology before the pandemic and was responsible for the laboratory experiment that enhanced the activity of a pathogen.
Anthony Fauci refused to accept that the organization made any investments. Later, Lawrence Tabak, principal deputy director at NIH, revealed in front of Congress that the institute did invest in the WIV. Congress has been trying to solve the net of complex finances and statements for the last three years and hasn't come to any conclusions yet.
Joe Biden, serving his last days in the Presidential office, spoke with USA Today and suggested that he is considering issuing a preemptive pardon to Fauci depending on what Donald Trump vows to do with his foes after taking over the Presidential office.
Danica Patrick supported Trump during the 2024 U.S. presidential election and spoke at some rallies representing him. The 42-year-old also used her social media platform to support his campaign, sharing multiple stories on Instagram.
