Indy NXT star Lindsay Brewer rounded off her trip to Qatar with an exciting evening at the Qatar Racing Club in Doha. She was a guest in the Alpine team's garage for the F1 Qatar Grand Prix.

Brewer was in Qatar having been in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the F1 Grand Prix the weekend before. In Sin City, the 27-year-old driver took part in promotional activities for McLaren's new sponsor, Mastercard, as its brand ambassador. After a packed weekend, she unwinded in true racer style in Doha by commanding dune buggies in the desert.

Over the weekend, Brewer witnessed all the action from the paddock. She shared a series of photos and videos on Instagram to share her experience with her 2.8 million followers. On Monday, when F1 was packing its bags for the Abu Dhabi GP, she went drifting in stock cars. She recently uploaded photos and a video from her captivating experience at the Qatar Racing Club, captioning it:

"Had some fun drifting, it’s honestly so addicting"

After wrapping up her Qatar trip, Brewer headed to Spain with her close friend, where she helmed the Ferrari 296 Challenge at the Circuito Monteblanco.

Lindsay Brewer began her karting career relatively late. At the age of 11, she raced in a go-kart at a friend's birthday party and outpaced all the others at the track, including the adults. This led to a full-fledged karting career from 2009 to 2014.

In September this year, she spoke about how she "always loved going fast," and it predated her karting beginnings. Brewer said (via Numero Netherlands):

"Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always loved going fast. I grew up in Colorado, so my family would always take me snowmobiling, jet skiing, and four-wheeling. I always loved driving, so when I went to a birthday party at a go-kart track when I was eleven, I became hooked instantly. The thrill and adrenaline of competing and going fast sparked my passion right away, and I knew this was something I wanted to do forever."

She added,

"I won my first karting race and the regional championship in Colorado my first season of karting, so I knew I had the talent to make this into a career. I’ve loved it ever since,"

In 2024, Brewer raced for Juncos Hollinger Racing in the Indy NXT championship, competing in eight out of 14 races. She finished 21st in the standings with 102 points. She landed this opportunity on the back of decent showings in the USF Pro 2000, driving for Exclusive Autosport in 2022 and 2023.
