Josef Newgarden’s wife this week shared the gift she received for Christmas. With the off-season underway, the Newgarden family celebrated Christmas at their house. Newgarden's wife Ashley shared her favorite Christmas present with her 10.5K followers on Instagram.
Ashley Newgarden uploaded a picture of a blue and white coffee mug on her Instagram. She held the mug in her hand with the living room in the background. Josef Newgarden’s wife wished her followers a Merry Christmas in the caption of the story, adding:
Me with my favorite coffee mug I'll ever receive”
Josef Newgarden also uploaded a Christmas post on her Instagram in collaboration with his wife Ashley. He posted seven pictures from Christmas day. The caption of his post read,

The first picture uploaded by the Penske driver was a family photo that included him, his wife Ashley, and his son Kota standing in front of a well-decorated Christmas tree. The next picture was of Josef Newgarden's wife playing with their son.
The fourth picture was of Kota pouring a glass of milk. The very next picture was of cookies and baby carrots in a Christmas theme. Josef Newgarden prepared some pancakes for the family and a picture of the same was also uploaded. The last picture was of Kota gazing at the Christmas tree.
The IndyCar driver married his longtime girlfriend Ashley in the fall of 2019. A few years later, in April 2022, they welcomed Kota into their lives. The whole family recently attended NASCAR driver Ryan Blaney's wedding.

Ryan Blaney married his long-time girlfriend Gianna Tulio in Aspen on December 12, 2024. The NASCAR driver had been in a relationship with Gianna for four years and got engaged in 2023. Josef Newgarden attended the wedding with his wife Ashley and son Kota. The Penske driver uploaded pictures from the same on the 15th of December.

The post included pictures of the couple enjoying Pizza in Aspen, the snow-laden mountains of Colorado, the couple celebrating Blaney's wedding, and a picture with and of the groom. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Austin Cindric, and Bubba Wallace also attended the wedding in Aspen.
However, he wasn't the only IndyCar driver to attend Blaney's wedding as Scott McLaughlin and his wife were also present. The New Zealander and his wife Karly uploaded pictures from the wedding on social media.
