Indy NXT driver Lindsay Brewer has reacted to her photo posted by her "bestie", famous American model and Instagram creator Marli Buccola, on Instagram in anticipation of a reunion after Brewer's F1 commitments at the Qatar Grand Prix. The Miami-based fashion model shared an older photo of the two on Wednesday.
Buccola wrote in the caption:
"Get to see my bestie SOON @lindsaymariebrewer"
Brewer looked at the camera in a golden matte mini dress, sporting a matching watch on her left wrist, while Buccola went for a closed-eyes pose dressed in a pink corset, black skirt, and a black purse over her right shoulder to complete the look.
Lindsay Brewer reshared the photo on her Instagram story, encapsulating her feelings in an emoji:
"💕"
The duo reunited at the Circuito Monteblanco, a racing circuit in the La Palma del Condado municipality in Southern Spain's Huelva. Brewer shared a few Instagram stories from there, where she was scheduled to drive the Ferrari 296 Challenge, which possesses a V6 engine and is a descendant of the 296 GTB. Both she and Buccola were dressed in red and white racing suits.
Brewer has seemed to find a sweet spot in managing her racing and personal commitments. This was evident in her trips to Las Vegas and Qatar for the F1 Grands Prix.
Lindsay Brewer's packed weekends at the Las Vegas GP and Qatar GP
Lindsay Brewer's trip to Las Vegas turned into an action-packed one even away from the circuit. The ex-Juncos Hollinger Racing driver was McLaren's guest for the weekend, promoting its new sponsor, Mastercard, as its brand ambassador. She also endorsed the luxurious Wynn Las Vegas resort and IWC watches.
After witnessing Max Verstappen winning his fourth consecutive world championship in Sin City, Brewer headed to Qatar for the second race of F1's last triple-header in 2024. She began her stay by driving dune buggies in the desert. This was followed by witnessing Verstappen succeed yet again and win his tenth race of 2024, after which she returned to the desert to "drift" stock cars. Though currently in Spain, she may head to the midwest to experience the always-enthralling Abu Dhabi GP before F1 temporarily slumbers in the winter break.
In 2024, Brewer drove for Juncos Hollinger Racing in the Indy NXT series before being dropped mid-season with issues concerning contractual obligations.
