Josef Newgarden shared glimpses of his time with wife Ashley Welch as the two enjoyed the holiday season vibes. The couple joined NASCAR driver Ryan Blaney and Gianna Tulio for their wedding and shared photos from the same on Sunday, December 15.
Josef Newgarden shared ten pictures on his Instagram from his trip to Aspen with his wife Ashley. He captioned the post:
“Aspen themes: Pizza, pictures, mountain, party. Oh, and cowboy! Congrats to Ryan and Gianna. Love celebrating you guys, anytime!”
In the pictures, Josef and Ashely were seen enjoying Pizza, with the latter trying out a jukebox. The post also contained a photo of the groom Ryan Blaney, a picture of the ice-laden mountains in Colorado, and Newgarden posing with Blaney at the wedding.

The ninth slide included photos of Josef and Ashley from the wedding and the last image was of the Penske driver sitting in a restaurant while dressed in his iconic look with the cowboy hat.
Ashley wore a black dress for the wedding whereas Josef Newgarden dressed in a black tuxedo with a white shirt and a black bowtie. The fourth slide of the Instagram post contained a picture of a few people cheering the drinks. Scott McLaughlin and his wife Karly were tagged in the picture, suggesting that they were also among the guests who attended Ryan Blaney’s wedding.
Ryan Blaney drives for Team Penske in the NASCAR Cup series, won the championship in 2023, and finished as the runner-up this season. Blaney and wife Gianna Tulio got married on the 12th of December.
The couple has been in a relationship for four years and got engaged about a year ago. Blaney took the vows with his wife in private before the ceremony. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Austin Cindric, and Bubba Wallace were also among the ones who attended the wedding.
Josef Newgarden enjoys the off-season with family
The IndyCar drivers are out and about the world with their families to enjoy the off-season and holiday vibes. Meanwhile, Josef Newgarden spent the holidays at home with his wife Ashley and son Kota.
On Friday, November 29, Josef Newgarden shared pictures from Halloween and Thanksgiving on his Instagram handle. The holiday pictures included the Penske driver carving Turkey and clicking wholesome pictures with Ashley and Kota. The caption read,
