Ajay Thakur (Bengaluru Bulls)
Aspiring to be a Kabaddi player all his life, Ajay Thakur wanted to fulfil his father’s dream of playing Kabaddi for India. Having done that already, Ajay Thakur has continued to shine in the Pro Kabaddi League.
Involved in a tiff with Jasvir Singh last season, Ajay Thakur felt guilty and called his Indian National teammate to avoid such fights in the future.
Jeeva Kumar (U Mumba)
The veteran U Mumba defender has extreme passion for the sport. Jeeva Kumar spares time for the sport from his job in a bank in Bengaluru. A complete team player, Kumar never fails to put his body on the line for his team in tough situations.
One of the most simplistic players in Kabaddi, he leads a simple life and earns his bread through his hard work, day in and day out.
Tae Deok Eom (Patna Pirates)
The Korean all-rounder is the captain of his national team. Eom, as he is commonly called, fell in love with the sport. He was a wrestler originally who decided to take up Kabaddi as it involved a great deal of varied skillset to play the sport. Eom then spent time in India learning the sport and holds his coach in a high regard.
The Patna Pirates Team manager hailed his attitude off the pitch and called him a very disciplined player. Eom is real gentleman and a great character to be around with, apart from being a complete team player.
