The 66th Senior National Kabaddi Championship is currently taking place at DG Tatkare Krida Nagri, Mhada Society Ground, Roha (Raigad, Maharashtra). Big names like Pardeep Narwal, Pawan Sehrawat, Nitesh Kumar and others are representing their respective states/employers in the 4-day tournament held from 28th January 2019 to 31st January 2019.
Defending champions and hosts, Maharashtra won the 65th Senior National Kabaddi Championship (34-29) led by Rishank Devadiga who ended the 11-year-drought. It is that time of the calendar when players play for the pride of their states/employers while it is a platform for many young stars to grab the limelight for future opportunities.
There are 31 teams in the 66th Senior National Men's Kabaddi Championship which will participate in the tournament. The classification of groups is as follows:
Group A: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Vidharbha
Group B: Services, Delhi, Chandigarh, Manipur
Group C: Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Telengana, BSNL
Group D: Haryana, Bihar, West Bengal, Chattisgarh

Schedule of the 66th Senior National Kabaddi Championship
A total of 31 teams have got classified into eight groups where each will play one match with their oppositions of the same group. The winners and runners-up of the groups will play a round of 16 against each other. The winners from the round of 16 will participate in the quarter-finals, eventually leading up to the semi-finals and the finals which will take place on 31st January 2019.
