Surjeet’s efforts went a long way in reducing Pune to just 19 points which was their lowest score in PKL 5. Surjeet is now 3rd in the defenders leaderboard with 62 tackle points.
Centre: Rohit Kumar
Rohit Kumar proved his class scoring his 10th Super 10 of PKL 5 in a must win against Dabang Delhi.
The “Khiladi Kumar” outfoxed the Delhi defence using his hand touches, escapes and kicks to a devastating effect. Rohit has now scored 168 raid points overall and with 3 matches remaining with the kind of form Rohit is in he is looking good to reach 200 raid points. Jaipur suffered a home leg to forget but in their adversity, they have found a potential star in all-rounder Nitin Rawal.
