Cheers To Indian Kabaddi Team !!

As most of us know Indians mostly cheers & give attention to few regular sports like cricket, football or sometimes hockey……But between this new sports is emerging in India that is Kabbadi. Actually its not new sport…. It was originated in India long back in 1936 & same time it also got international exposure.But in-between because of popularity of cricket & football in other countries, Indian also got diverted from kabaddi to other sports.

But now time is changing & Indian Kabbadi team both men & women showing their greatest performance across the world. And now you just name the big competition event & India has fixed two gold medals in it for kabaddi.

Recently there was a historic moment for both the women’s kabaddi team and men’s kabaddi team on Nov 26 as Women’s Kabaddi team clinched their maiden Gold at Asiad while its 6^th Gold for Men’s Kabaddi team in the 19^th Asian Games on Friday in Guangzhou, China.. Indian men’s kabaddi team won gold for the sixth consecutive time at the Asiad. India beat Iran 37-20 and maintained their winning streak in the sport since its introduction in 1990. Their win took India’s gold medals tally to 12. The Indian women team won gold with a comprehensive 28-14 victory over Thailand in the finals. India comfortably won 28-14 at the Nansha Gymnasium. The Indian women dominated the match from the very beginning, leading by 17-7 at half-time.

Every year Indian Kabaddi team is winning & thus representing India in various world competitions. So now we should cheer for our Kabaddi team & wish them good luck for future journey & same way they will bring Gold medal to India, Make Indians feel proud of Kabaddi sport & team …….
