As the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 2024 season approaches, the Puneri Paltan are gearing up to defend their title with a revamped squad following their historic triumph in Season 10. Having secured their maiden trophy by defeating the Haryana Steelers in a gripping final, the Paltan have made strategic moves in the auction to strengthen their team.
Although the departure of Md. Reza Shadloui, last season’s standout defender, is notable, the team has added significant talent to ensure they remain a formidable force.
In the PKL 2024 Auction, Puneri Paltan made several impactful acquisitions across various categories. Among the most significant purchases, Ajith V Kumar was secured for INR 66 lakh, bolstering their raiding department with a high-value addition.
The team also brought in Mohd. Amaan, who was acquired for INR 16.20 lakh and Aryavardhan Navale for INR 9 lakh to strengthen their defense and raiding unit, respectively.
