Dabang Delhi KC secured a place in the PKL 2024 Playoffs following a thumping 47 - 25 victory over Bengal Warriorz on Monday (December 16) at the Balewadi Sports Complex in Pune.
Captain Ashu Malik led Dabang Delhi KC from the front with 17 points. He bagged 12 touch points, four bonus points, and a tackle point while on the mat against the Warriorz. Defender Yogesh contributed nine tackle points to the team's tally on Monday.
Meanwhile, Vishwas S was the best player for Bengal Warriorz with eight points (seven touch points and one bonus point). Nitesh Kumar (five tackle points) and Fazel Atrachali (one bonus point and three tackle points) were among the top contributors to the club.
Dabang Delhi KC are currently second in the Pro Kabaddi 2024 points table with 71 points from 20 matches, including 11 wins, five losses, and four ties. Their score difference is 69.
Bengal Warriorz, on the other hand, are placed 10th in the standings with 40 points and a score difference of -73 from 19 outings. They have registered five wins, 11 losses, and three ties thus far in the 11th edition of the Pro Kabaddi League.

PKL Season 8 champions Dabang Delhi KC have two matches left in the Pro Kabaddi League 2024 league stage. They will play their next match against Jaipur Pink Panthers on Saturday (December 21) as the Pink Panthers look for a spot in the PKL Playoffs.
The Delhi-based franchise will face the Gujarat Giants in their final league stage encounter on Monday (December 23) in a dead rubber contest. The Giants were knocked out of the tournament after an average season, with 35 points and a score difference of -102 from 19 matches.
