#2 Vishal Bhardwaj (Telugu Titans)

Although he might not consider it as a great start to the season, Vishal Bhardwaj has been one of the bright aspects of Telugu Titans in their disappointing start to the campaign. A few of Vishal's trademark ankle holds have come off successfully, thereby helping him to pick up 10 points in the 4 matches he has played so far. However, the youngster will be looking to better his record in the upcoming games and help his side get back to form.
#1 Manjeet Chhillar (Tamil Thalaivas)

It is no surprise that this man stands at the top of this list. Despite being an all-rounder, Manjeet has overtaken every other defender to secure the maximum tackle points in the first leg of the season. With 11 points from just 2 games, Manjeet's form is a good sign for the Tamil Thalaivas. He also has a super-tackle to his name and if not for a minor blip in the final minutes against Dabang Delhi, Manjeet could have considered this leg as a perfect one for him. Nonetheless, he is the best defender from the Hyderabad leg.
