The 2015 Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season will forever hold a special place in the hearts of fans as U Mumba finally claimed the elusive title after a heart-wrenching loss in the final of the inaugural season. Despite Dabang Delhi KC finishing second last in the table, they had a reason to smile, with Kashiling Adake standing out as the league’s top raider. With 114 raid points in 14 games, Adake’s efforts were nothing short of heroic, as he became the shining star in an otherwise underperforming team. Right behind him in second place was the showman himself, Rahul Chaudhari, who scored 98 raid points for Telugu Titans.

Bengaluru Bulls’ Ajay Thakur secured the third spot with 79 raid points in 13 games. U Mumba’s captain, Anup Kumar, who had faced the heartbreak of a final loss in the first season, finally led his team to glory with 74 raid points.

Rajesh Narwal (69) and Manjeet Chhillar (67) were also among the top raiders, while Wazir Singh (65), Jasvir Singh (64), Sukesh Hegde (62), and Rohit Kumar Choudary (61) rounded off the top 10.

While the raiders dazzled, the defenders were the unsung heroes of PKL 2015. Dabang Delhi KC may not have had a successful season overall, but they had Ravinder Pahal, "The Hawk," who was their shining star. With 60 tackle points in 14 games, Pahal was an absolute rock in defense, and his ankle hold was a thing of beauty.

Sandeep Kandola of Telugu Titans was right behind him with 59 tackle points in 16 games. The veteran Dharmaraj Cheralathan also made his mark with 42 tackle points in 15 games, while U Mumba’s Mohit Chhillar finished joint third with Cheralathan with 42 tackle points. Alongside him was Surender Nada, whose 41 tackle points made him a crucial part of U Mumba’s title-winning campaign.

Manjeet Chhillar, one of the league's most consistent defenders, finished sixth with 40 tackle points, and Jeeva Kumar’s contribution of 38 tackle points helped U Mumba’s defense stay rock-solid throughout the season.

Meanwhile, Sandeep Narwal and Ravi Kumar both finished joint eighth with 37 tackle points. Deepak Niwas Hooda, another standout performer, completed the top 10 with 36 tackle points.
