#2 Four consecutive losses for Telugu Titans on their home mat
Hosts of the Hyderabad leg, Telugu Titans had a very disappointing home leg in their league history. They did not win a single match at their home, Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad.
For the first time in their history, the Titans went empty-handed from Hyderabad. Earlier, Tamil Thalaivas had the worst home leg. They suffered 6 consecutive losses at their home Chennai in Pro Kabaddi Season 5.
In the league opener, U Mumba defeated the Titans 31-25. Against the Tamil Thalaivas, Telugu Titans suffered a 26-39 loss in the southern derby.
Even a successful debut from Suraj Desai could not help the Titans to win the match, and hence they lost a close encounter 33-34. Patna Pirates beat Telugu Titans 34-22 in the last match at Hyderabad.
Though Siddharth Desai became the top raider of the leg, his loss of form at the crunch moments put the Titans close to defeat. The Abozar Mohajermighani-led Titans' defense was also in shambles. Their failure cost the Titans badly.
