Brought at a mammoth price of 1.19 crore rupees, the third most costly this season, the team had a lot of expectations from Rishank.

However, The 26-year-old has been able to manage just 64 points in 12 matches with only 1 super 10 to his name.

He has an average of just 5.16 points per match and an unsatisfying strike rate of 32.9. He even has failed as a captain. In the 12 matches where he has led the UP Yodhas, the team has lost seven while winning just two and drawing three.

Throughout the season, he has been haunted by injuries which have prevented him from giving his best.

However, he surely has the ability to perform better and UP Yoddhas will be expecting a better show from him in the upcoming matches.
