#2 Nilesh Shinde
Nilesh Shinde, the former Bengal Warriors captain was one of the stalwarts in defending, a few seasons back. However, with the passage of time, he has found it hard to score points and also guide the team.
Out of the 15 games he featured in last season, Shinde could manage only 24 points out of which four came through raiding. For a player who is known for his excellent ankle-holds, a meagre 20 points is not what their respective franchises would expect of him.
As teams are likely to prefer younger players than veterans, Nilesh Shinde who would turns 38 by the time the sixth edition gets underway, might not find any franchise.
