Kipkirui was Gor Mahia's top scorer in his debut season as he managed to find the back of the net nine times. He showed pedigree as a striker who could thrive under pressure for a big club in the Kenyan Premier League and the continental competition with his memorable goal against Egyptian giants Zamalek.
