Chris Lynn is the Player of the Match.
Adelaide Strikers beat Melbourne Renegades by 20 runs Chris Lynn 69(37) | Sam Harper 63(36) Wes Agar 2-26(4) | Ruwantha Kellepotha 2-32
The Strikers win a high-scoring encounter. The Renegades needed one of their top 3 to go big for them to have any chance but Guptill, Finch and the surprising decision to play Marcus Harris as opener did not pay off.
Sam Harper did his best but the pressure of the asking rate got to him and he holed out in the same over after smashing two sixes off Ben Manenti.
Harper's wicket was the turning point and even though Will Sutherland threatened with a 14-ball 31, he was dismissed in the penultimate over to end any hopes his side had.
For the Strikers, Matt Short and Wes Agar were the pick of the bowlers. With the win, Strikers reach the Renegades on 10 points in the table.
Stay tuned to know who the Player of the Match is.

19.6 Harry Conway to Ruwantha Kellepotha, right in the blockhole outside off-stump, Kellepotha tries to access the off-side but can't get underneath the ball. He gets beaten but that doesn't matter as Adelaide Strikers reign supreme again in front of the home crowd

19.4 Harry Conway to Matthew Critchley, full on middle stump, Critchley plays a lofted drive over the bowler's head and gets a couple
19.3 Harry Conway to Matthew Critchley, SIX! Short of a length and it sits up nicely for Critchley to rock back and knock the pull well over deep mid-wicket
19.2 Harry Conway to Matthew Critchley, IN THE AIR...SAFE. Full and outside off-stump, Critchley tries to go over extra cover but slices it again. Short tracks back, dives but couldn't get his hands on it

18.5 Wes Agar to Matthew Critchley, slow delivery into the surface, Critchley mistimes his pull as it rolls to long-on. He wants a second and gets it

18.3 Wes Agar to Ruwantha Kellepotha, yorker outside off-stump, Kellepotha couldn't get underneath as the ball goes past his inside edge
That should be the game.
18.2 Wes Agar to Will Sutherland, OUT! End of an entertaining cameo. Sutherland likes pace on the ball but Agar rolls his fingers nicely and tries to keep it away from his hitting arc, Sutherland just spoons it straight to Matthew Short at extra cover
Sutherland c Short b Wes Agar 31(14) [4s-2 6s-2]
18.1 Wes Agar to Matthew Critchley, slow delivery into the surface outside off-stump, Critchley punches it to sweeper cover and gets a single
39 off the last two overs and a very steep ask. Just one good over will do for the bowling team.
