An absolute thrashing if there was ever one by the Ariana CC as they have absolutely thumped, battered and bruised the Hisingens side. A massive 99-run victory as all the Hisingens could manage were 48 runs from their allotted 10 overs. Ended up losing just six wickets too and the batters were tentative in the approach. Right from the start, Ariana CC dominated proceedings and after the fantastic opening spell by Sharifi and Absar, Hisingens had next to no chance of making a comeback in this contest. The skipper used the to his advantage, trying out as many bowlers as possible. In the end, the scoreboard showed that as many as eight bowlers had had a go with the ball in hand, some quite successful in that department as well. Just goes on to show the quality and depth of the side. Ariana CC will certainly be pleased with this massive win while Hisingens will have to go back to the drawing board ahead of their remains matches.
