It was an anti-climatic end to what had been an absolutely thrilling game of cricket! The Avengers fought till the very end and tried their best to make a match out of it but the Royals romped home as Saraswat bowled a wide ball under pressure.

The match was set up for the batting side by the partnership between Abhishek SIngh and Ravi Yadav! The duo started to counter attack and got a few big overs under their belt. At that stage, they looked like reaching home comfortably but a couple of late wickets in the end, meant that there was some late drama.

The Avengers did their best but they lost the game in the 7th over , that went for 17 runs by Murugavel K! Once that had happened there was no coming back for them from there onwards! But one must applaud them for the fight they showed ,especially defending such a low total.

In the end, those few crucial blows towards the end , by Ravi Yadav made all the difference as the Royals got ahead of the rate and romped home with two balls and 3 wickets remaining,
