This was Bayer Boosters' match after such a great performance by their openers, Vaseekaran and Indran, who scored 57 and 52 respectively. They should've scored more, but after Vaseekaran's wicket the runs just dried up. Kudos to the Spartans' bowlers for restricting them to 127.
Zakirullah Asmari took the important wicket of Vaseekaran and put a stop to the runs

Bayer Boosters should still have easily won this game, but a good start from the openers gave Spartans the confidence, even after losing two wickets, a huge partnership of 91 runs between Waqas Fatmi and Shazaib Khan secured the win for them.
Shazaib Khan who scored a wonderful half century and took the important catch of Vaseekaran in the first innings is the Man of the Match.
Bayer Spartans qualify for the semi finals and will be really happy with their performance today.
