Commentary

Berlin Cricket Academy have pulled off a fine run-chase here. Comfortably done as they never allowed Britannia to be in the game with the ball. Their openers set it up perfectly for them with an 85-run stand and almost completed the game by themselves as well. Shubham Patil getting to a brilliant half-century and this has been a fine display of how to go about a chase. They had a decent powerplay, took their time and then consolidated to push that rate and go after the bowling.

Britannia just failed to build pressure at any stage in the chase and could not pick up wickets when they needed to as well. They had the runs on the board but they will have to bowl a lot better if they are to win games like these. They dropped chances and were sloppy in the field as well, which is something that they will have to work on.

A good game for BCA as they did well with the ball and even better with the bat. They will take momentum from this game going forward and Britannia need to correct their mistakes and bounce back soon.
