That was an exceptional bowling performance from the Brescia CC as they defended the score of 92 quite comfortably in the end, eventually winning the encounter by 18 runs. Milan United never really got going. Fahad Muhammad and Suresh Silva got them off to a sensible start but the boundaries weren’t coming at a rate they would have expected.

Javed Muhammad and Hasan Naveed bowled out their quota in the first four overs and it looked, Brescia CC were well on top. Barring a few lusty blows here and there, none of the batters could turn it around for them and kept conceding dot deliveries. Eventually, a 18-run win will augur well for Brescia, especially after the situation they were in after batting first.

Four batters crossed the double digits but none of them could have a significant impact in the game, as they kept losing wickets and didn't manage to increase their run rate. Qalab Sajjad was the pick of the bowlers with a couple to his name. Brescia had lost 7 wickets inside the 5th over, so it's a big thing to come back from their backs to the wall and win quite convincingly in the end.
