That is it from the action here, hope you enjoyed the coverage of this T10 encounter. For now, this is Sourabh and Rudransh taking your leave. We will see you soon, in the meantime, you can switch tabs to follow the IPL action with Mumbai Indians taking on Delhi capitals here.
This one turned out to be a pretty lopsided encounter as British and Irish Knights register their third win on the trot and go 4-2 up in the Weston Shield, if that wasn't enough they have won this with a bonus point just like they did in the last game yesterday and have taken a huge lead over Team Europe who have a gigantic task on their hands in the upcoming matches.
It was almost like the batters from British and Irish Knights were having a stroll in the park as they have chased this total down at a canter without any fuss at all. 99 was not going to be enough of a target and the only question after a point was whether they could do it inside 7 overs to get a bonus point, they did on the last ball of the 7th and you could say that they couldn't have timed it better.
Openers Harrison Ward and Seamus Lynch got them to fifty in 4 overs and it was always going to one way from there on even though a few wickets fell, 3 of them to be precise, but it had been too late by then. The bowlers from Team Europe could not do any magic that they needed to in order to defend this total, the spin of Zulfiqar and Crishan both had 1 wicket each almost as a consolation.
But it was the batters who had let them down earlier in the day when Team Europe capitulated from 48/0 to being bowled out for 98 with none of the batters, barring Jamshed Khan, taking responsibility to get them to a respectable score in order to give the bowlers something to play with. The bowlers from British & Irish Knights were spectacular and it was their tight bowling that led to the demise of the opposition batters. Jack Jarvis got 3 wickets whereas Greatwood and Hinley got 2 each and strangled the batters.

6.6 Clayton Floyd to Seamus Lynch, FOUR! And that's it! Full and wide, drags it to deep mid-wicket where the fielder messes up in understanding the bounce and it goes through to the boundary!
2 off 1 needed for the bonus point
6.5 Clayton Floyd to Seamus Lynch, SIX! Amazing shot. Short and wide, lofts the cut over point and gets the distance behind it!
6.4 Clayton Floyd to Dan Lincoln, short and wide, cut away to point for one
6.3 Clayton Floyd to Seamus Lynch, another mis-timed cut to third man but the throw doesn't come in on time and allows one
6.3 Clayton Floyd to Seamus Lynch, WIDE
6.2 Clayton Floyd to Dan Lincoln, full and wide, driven to long off
Meanwhile, Dan Lincoln, RHB, is the new batter
6.2 Clayton Floyd to Dan Lincoln, WIDE
6.1 Clayton Floyd to Seamus Lynch, OH! Run-out chance! Short and wide, he tip-toes a bit and edges it to third man, setting off for a quick run. The keeper doesn't collect the throw cleanly but manages to clip the bails off and the third-umpire sticks with the on-field call of OUT!
Tim Tector run out (Khalid Ahmadi/Muhammad Ihsan) 7 (2b, 0x4, 1x6).
Clayton Floyd, left-arm orthodox, comes into the attack
Tector ends the over with a massive six and British and Irish Knights are definitely going for the bonus point here. 13 runs needed in 6 balls for the bonus point
