Thorough domination by Roma Bangla Morning Sun! They've been incredibly professional from start to finish and were always in front on the back of that massive score they had to work with. Casilina's batting woes extended into another game and while they certainly showed flashes of improvement today, the eventual target was a humongous one for them to scale.

Skipper Indika Senn showed more intent in the powerplay although debutant Isuru Ediripullige really struggled to get any sort of impetus into his innings. The bowlers kept it tight and simple for a good part of the powerplay and once the asking rate got out of hand, it was always headed only one way today. Senn's departure after a brisk 31-run knock proved to be the final nail in the coffin even as the ones coming in later tried their best to muster a fight.

Ravidu Umayaga gave it his best but with Rajib Ahmed picking up from where he left off with the bat, it was hard to put the Roma Bangla bowlers away. Skipper Anik Ahmed started it all with a superb first over and he returned to bowl the penultimate one as he hit the stumps on a couple of instances to emerge as the pick of the bowlers.

Another sorry outing for Casilina as they remain rooted to the bottom of the table while Roma Bangla continue to take giant strides forward. A spot in the knockouts could well be a formality if they continue playing in this manner and they've certainly cast themselves as one of the teams to beat.
