So that will be all from this BPL game at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, but stay with us as the second match of the day is coming your way in another hour's time from time! This is the pair of Bidipto and Pragadeesh, saying good bye. Keep following Sportskeeda!
Imrul Kayes, Comilla Victorians captain: I'm still breathing heavily actually! But yes, it was a wonderful game of cricket, we came back in the contest in this second innings after the 11th over, by bowling some really tight overs and keeping the pressure on the batting of the opposition. I had no doubt in my mind that Mosaddek would bowl the final over, he has done it many times under pressure, and so, I had only him in mind. I told him to keep it simple and use his own brain, he is a confident individual and knows how to bowl at these stages, so did not want to confuse him too much with my verdict. It paid off in the end.
Mohammad Rizwan, Player of the Match: When you lose the toss and they make us bat on a tricky wicket, it does make life difficult for the batters, but that is the challenge actually of playing in Bangladesh. Runs do not come thick and fast here, generally, and so, my idea was to keep the strike rotated with Litton Das and help lay the foundation. I'm happy fielding as well if need be, in the outfield that is, and always willing to contribute. It was courageous on the part of Mosaddek Hossain to bowl a perfect final delivery and win us the match.
Yasir Ali, Khulna Tigers captain: I tried my best, but a small margin cost us the game. I think it is high time now to mend those mistakes and make the opportunities count. I did not come out to bat earlier because the left-arm spinner was bowling, so the coach said to put a left-hander out to face him. The only thought on my mind for the last ball was, not a ball in the block hole, anything else, but not in the block hole. Unfortunately for us, that was the exact delivery!
Comilla Victorians won by 4 runs Mohammad Rizwan 54(47) | Andy Balbirine 38(31) Naseem Shah 2-29 | Nahidul Islam 1-34(4)
Mosaddek held his nerve and repaid Litton's faith. After feeding Ali with two full tosses, he executed the yorkers to perfection and the batter can't get underneath the ball. Well, it was a topsy-turvy game throughout and kept us on the edge of our seats
The Victorians made the total of 166 look very big in the chase. Naseem did the first task that was allotted to him by getting rid of Tamim, while the partnership between Balbirine and Hope injected momentum to the Tigers' innings but a run out at a crucial time ended the formers' innings. Rizwan had a great on the field as he ended Joy's entertaining innings by taking a well-judged catch. Azam Khan and Saifuddin went cheaply but Yasir Ali struck a few boundaries to keep the Tigers alive in the contest.
The penultimate over from Naseem Shah possibly turned out to be match-defining as he not only nailed yorkers to perfection but also dismissed the well-set Shai Hope. He just left more than 15 runs for Mosaddek to defend with and he did the job against the dangerous Yasir Ali

19.6 Mosaddek Hossain to Yasir Ali, FANTASTIC BALL TO FINISH THE MATCH! COMILLA VICTORIANS GET THE WIN! Full, fast and flat on off, all Yasir can do, is jam the bat down on it, and get it away, only as far as long-off, along the ground, for only a single!
Lengthy discussions everywhere. Here comes Mosaddek
19.5 Mosaddek Hossain to Yasir Ali, full and flat on middle, heaved around to wide long-on from the crease with the front leg cleared, and two runs get taken by the batters! 6 runs to win from 1 ball now!
19.4 Mosaddek Hossain to Yasir Ali, FOUR MORE! Low and flat full toss on leg and what a fine heave, down from one knee, towards the right of deep backward square-leg, for another boundary! 8 to win off 2 balls!
19.3 Mosaddek Hossain to Yasir Ali, FOUR RUNS! Full toss on middle, Yasir SLAMS it through the deep square-leg region's left, over the in-field and gets the priceless boundary!
19.2 Mosaddek Hossain to Wahab Riaz, full and flat on off, dug out to mid-off's left from the crease, for a single somehow!
19.1 Mosaddek Hossain to Wahab Riaz, round the wicket, good length ball just outside off, a big swing to leg on one knee and a miss! No run.
Interesting choice. Mosaddek Hossain to bowl the final over. Can he defend 17 runs?
Such a tough ask to execute the yorkers in crunch situations but Naseem just thrived under pressure and bowled a sensational over. More importantly, the well-set Shai Hope is back in the hut. Who is going to bowl the final over?

18.6 Naseem Shah to Wahab Riaz, full and on the pads, another fine yorker, Wahab misses the flick to leg, gets struck on the pads with the impact outside leg, and picks up a single on the leg-bye to short point!
18.5 Naseem Shah to Yasir Ali, full on off, another fast and accurate yorker, Yasir jams the bat down on it to get it past the left of Naseem, for only a single!
18.4 Naseem Shah to Yasir Ali, full on off, another yorker at pace and all Yasir can do is dig it out to Naseem, for no run! Dot ball.
18.4 Naseem Shah to Yasir Ali, short over the helmet, Yasir misses the pull and it goes through to Litton, for a WIDE! That is one bouncer for the over too.
