Nicosia Tigers 93/5 in 10 overs Hasan Rasedul 22*(20) | Iftekhar Jaman 2/24 Muhammad Bilal 20*(9) | Rakib Hasan 1/16
What an unbelievable effort with both the bat and the ball and the Cyprus Knight Riders have managed to win by a mammoth margin here. They were clinical with the ball in hand after getting off to a great start with the bat. The Tigers just couldn't get going as they lost wickets at regular intervals.
The Tigers lost two wickets in the powerplay and could only make 24 runs. They fell behind the asking rate and once that had happened, they were never in the hunt. Rasedul was on top with the bat and the ball. Bilal managed to pick up some boundaries towards the end but that was only consolation.
Rakib Hasan, Prarthana, and Rasel among others were outstanding with the ball in hand as they managed to get the wickets at the right time. They were economical too as they kept building up the pressure. Jaman was the pick of the bowlers as he managed to end up with two scalps.

9.6 Faizan Shafi to Hasan Rasedul, THAT IS THE WIN TO CYPRUS KNIGHT RIDERS! Full around off-stump. Squirted away to square-leg from the crease but for no run.
9.6 Faizan Shafi to Muhammad Bilal, TWO WIDES!
9.5 Faizan Shafi to Muhammad Bilal, SIX! Full toss on middle-stump. Walloped well over deep square-leg from the front foot for a flat maximum!
9.4 Faizan Shafi to Hasan Rasedul, full on the pads. Swung away hard towards deep mid-wicket for a single again.
9.4 Faizan Shafi to Hasan Rasedul, WIDE down the leg-side!
9.3 Faizan Shafi to Muhammad Bilal, length ball on leg-stump. Swung away to the deep mid-wicket area from the crease for a single.
9.2 Faizan Shafi to Muhammad Bilal, DEAR OH DEAR! Full and slow around off-stump. A hoick across the line with no control gets top edged. The bowler moves to his right to take the high catch but makes a mess of it! No run.
9.2 Faizan Shafi to Muhammad Bilal, another WIDE down the leg-side! These extras just keep coming!
9.1 Faizan Shafi to Hasan Rasedul, full and slow on the pads. Clipped to short fine-leg off the toes for a quick single!
9.1 Faizan Shafi to Hasan Rasedul, WIDE delivery down leg to begin the over with! Time to reload.
Just one more over remaining here now! The Tigers haven't even managed to get close to 100 and it has been a really crushing defeat for them here.

8.6 Denuwan Prarthana to Muhammad Bilal, FOUR RUNS! Slightly short around off-stump. Slapped away to the deep cover point fielder's right on the up but the misfield near the rope gives away a boundary!
8.5 Denuwan Prarthana to Muhammad Bilal, back of a length on off-stump. Swung away hard across the line and it lands safely at deep mid-wicket for the batters to come back for two!
8.4 Denuwan Prarthana to Muhammad Bilal, FOUR! Full toss on off-stump. Swung away with the open bat face towards the vacant deep cover point area for a boundary!
8.3 Denuwan Prarthana to Muhammad Bilal, back of a length slower one around off-stump. A big swish through the line and a miss. No run.
8.2 Denuwan Prarthana to Hasan Rasedul, good length ball around off-stump. Dragged away to the wide long-on region from the backfoot for one.
