Nasir Hossain | Dhaka captain: Credit to my fielders and bowlers for defending such a small total. The bowlers did brilliantly after we did not do well with the bat.

Taskin Ahmed | Player of the Match: I'm very happy, this was a much needed win. I always stick to basics and processes. The captain wanted me to bowl fast and aggressive, today I got my rewards.

Yasir Ali | Khulna captain: Our bowlers did a great job but our batters didn’t play that well. The middle-order didn’t click. The new guy Rana bowled really well today, but this is just one of those days.

What a win for Dhaka. They have ended their 6-game losing streak. This after they made just 108 and were down and out at the innings break.

But led by Taskin Ahmed who took 4/9, they have been inspired and defended 108 by 24 runs. Shai Hope played a horrible shot to open the wickets column and then Dhaka capitalised.

Tamim and Yasir Ali were both looking good but the former fell to a fine catch from Ghani and the latter failed to take his side home.

The fielding from Dhaka was a mixed bag, Yasir was dropped by Blake and then Ghani took two splendid catches to turn the game around.

Al-Amin and Taskin came on and bowled full and straight to clean up things. Taskin was helped by Amir Hamza who bowled his 3 overs for 5 runs and took a wicket.

Khulna will be shell-shocked as there was nothing in the wicket to suggest them being all out for 84. At one stage they were 75/5 and then the collapse happened.

Dhaka by virtue of this win register their 2nd win and stay alive in the competition.
