A one-sided contest as DRX outclass HT with comfortable ease to wrap up the match. After posting a competitive target of 106, HT bowlers failed to replicate the success with Hammadullah Shinwari being the only bowler in the ranks to find wickets.

DRX lost both openers cheaply and were reeling to find a foothold in the run-chase. However, it was Mohammad Nissar and Usman Khan who salvaged the initial setback and steered their team to a confident win. Nissar contributed with a deft half-century while Usman Khan played the perfect support role from the other end as DRX cruised to an easy win in the end.
