A comfortable victory in the end for AVE as they chase down the target with 2 overs to spare. After restricting EAG to a par score of 88/3 in 10 overs, AVE got off to a flyer of a start in the chase.

Raghupathy R started his onslaught right from the go and picked up 28 runs in the opening over itself which set the tone for the rest of the innings.

EAG were on the back foot early and it showed in their bowling. They managed to find three scalps but it wasn't enough to restrict the AVE batters who looked in a hurry to wrap up the match.

With this victory, AVE register their second win in 5 games while EAG face their second defeat in the tournament.
