Right so, we've had a really unfortunate ending to what promised to be a great final between two quality sides. Alas! the weather gods, had other ideas. Batting first, Marsa were going nicely at 53/2 in 5.2 when the rain intervened. Noman Mehar struck a couple of big blows for the batting side while Jais Mathew picked up one of the two wicket's for the Knight's wih the other one being a run out.

The match officials did try their best to resume play, but the weather just didn't permit. With the play being abandoned due to rain, it's Marsa, who will retain the trophy courtesy their superior performance in the group stage. A heartbreak for the Knights, but they can be really proud of the incredible performance, that they put forth in this tournament.
