They were in it for a long, long time, but the Emirates Blues ran out of steam towards the end. Rohan Mustafa played a pivotal role in pulling things back for Abu Dhabi - the skipper lead from the front with the ball as he brought himself on at a crucial juncture of the game with 38 needed off 18, and with his quick deliveries, kept a lid on the rampant Abdullah Saleem!

Saleem was instrumental in keeping the Blues in the hunt for as long as they were in it. He had one batting partner worth noting - his skipper Aryan Saxena, who provided him good company in the middle overs. The Blues were well and truly in the hunt with these two at the crease, but once Saxena got out, the going got a tad tough. Saleem began tiring towards the end, unable to get got contact with the ball. Mustafa closed things out with another tidy over, guiding his side to a win.
