Commentary

Right then! We are heading to Bristol to know the winner of this series. Australia looked unstoppable in the first two games but England got one back in Chester-le-Street before thrashing the World Champions to level the series. The hosts head into the decider with a lot of belief, while the Aussies need some work to do after a crushing defeat like this.

We witnessed one of the finest bowling performances from the England pacers and that paved the way to bundle the Aussies out cheaply. Can we see a response from Mitchell Marsh & co? Harry Brook (Player of the Match) - We have taken the positives in the first two games and brought all those in the next two games. (On Livingstone) We know how good he is and unbelievably hard to bowl at the back end. It's just identifying the right time to put pressure. We are picking and choosing the moments to execute them. The pacers bowled beautifully and got the reward. (On Archer) He was bowling quick and was lovely to watch. I expect to see more of those in the upcoming games. I don't know, you will play with a lot clarity when you are playing well

Mitchell Marsh (Australia captain): Thought we were a bit off today. Fair play to England, they put us under a lot of pressure with the bat, we couldn't get early wickets. Thoroughly outplayed us today. Probably a bit above par (their total) Liam Livingstone played a gem of an innings. You just need a couple of partnerships in a run-chase like that, need a couple of guys to get going. Thought England bowled really well, we lost wickets regularly, that's cricket. It's going to be a great experience, we'd have loved to wrap up the series in the last couple of games. England have come back really well, we go to Bristol... excited for the opportunity.

This is a special performance from England to steamroll their rivals and level the series. A humongous victory for the hosts and they can't ask for a complete team effort than this. They improved leaps and bounds after trailing 0-2 at Leeds. Led by Harry Brook's attack and Livingstone's onslaught at the end, they posted a massive total on the board and took the upper hand at the halfway mark

In reply, Marsh and Head fired on all cylinders and gave a perfect start inside the powerplay. Head played in his usual aggressive fashion to unsettle the pacers. He showcased his range of shots and looked unstoppable at one stage when he went berserk against Carse's bowling but the pacer got revenge in the next over by knocking him over

That dismissal might've given England a spark and a lot of belief, but actually, they used the conditions effectively to produce a demolition act. The inconsistent bounce and movement made it hard for the batters to judge the length and they fell like a pack of cards. Archer's ripper to get rid of Marsh and Carse's beauty to send Marnus back in the hut tells you how dominant the England pacers were on this Lord's deck

The powerhouse Aussie batting line-up can't handle the England pace trio and eventually, they got dismantled and lost by a mammoth margin

24.4 Adil Rashid to Josh Hazlewood, CLEANED UP! ENGLAND LEVEL THE SERIES WITH A GAME TO PLAY! Short of a length around leg stump, Hazlewood rocked back, looked to pull at it, the ball just didn't sit up enough for it. Sneaks past the inside edge and crashes onto the leg stump. What a comeback this has been from the hosts - a thoroughly entertaining bowling performance at the Home of Cricket!
