ENGLAND WIN THE MATCH BY 10 WICKETS AND ARE CROWNED AS THE T10 CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE!

Well, well! We expected the final to go down the wire with the two best teams of the tournament going head to head, but it was a complete mismatch as England XI romped past an equally competitive Belgium side and won the match by a huge margin. They have only lost one game in the tournament and now are being crowned as the winners of this T10 league.

The chase: Well it wasn't a chase, it was a demolition job by two men who were on a mission and went out and plundered anything and everything, feasting on whatever was there before them. Their openers, Dan Lincoln and Harrison Ward, started sending the ball over the ropes from the word go and never seemed like any force could stop them. The pair put together an unbeaten partnership of 149 runs, hitting 9 fours and 12 sixes on their way to achieving this mammoth total.

As for the bowling, it was a no show. Every bowler that came into the attack was dispatched over the ropes with utter disdain by the two men with the willow in hand. Each and every bowler was tonked for no less than 20 runs in their over as England complete a demolition job with the bat in hand. Belgium did well, but unfortunately couldn't have their hands on the elusive silverware and will have to be content with the runners up medal
