Wanindu Hasaranga, B Love Kandy Captain and Player of the Match - Hopefully Nuwan Pradeep will be fit for the final since we're already missing Chameera and Udana. I will play tommorrow and hopefully I'll be able to contribute. I know what I can do with my batting and whenever I play I try to do my best. When I give my 100 percent, it doesn't matter whether I'm a captain or a player. Our players have taken the responsibility and have contributed really well to our performances.
Dasun Shanaka (Galle Titans captain): Yeah see apart from Wanindu's innings they were struggling. We had a great start and should have stopped them to 130 and it would have been interesting. I used Dinusha in the 18th which didn't go our. It's all part of the learning. We have to use the youngsters as well. The need of the team was such that I had to go down. The question of batting up the order has been around for the last couple of years. Compared to the other three leagues this is the most improved one. The quality has improved. T20 stars from across the globe came here to participate. We hope that it will be a bigger tournament next year.
Galle Titans 123/8 in 20 overs Sonal Dinusha 28(32) | Wanindu Hasaranga 2/21 Litton Das 25(19) | Chaturanga de Silva 2/16
It's been an absolutely sensational performance from the B Love Kandy and they're the deserving winners of this contest. They had to defend an average score but their bowlers bowled out of their skins to restrict the Titans to a modest 123, that too after they had got off to a flyer in the first three overs scoring 35.
Litton Das went berserk early on but once he was dismissed in the fourth over, the rest of the batting order collapsed .They were strangled by the spinners and the middle order could hardly put up any resistance. Shakib got a start but he threw it away which proved to be the biggest turning point in the run chase. Dinusha scrapped around for a while and managed to top score with 28, but he was never in control of the run chase or the run rate.
The collapse was triggered by Chaturanga de Silva and together with his younger brother WoWindu who was literally playing on one leg, the duo ran through the middle overs and the middle order of the Titans.
Mohammad Hasnain was really good too as he provided some much needed variety with his hostile pace and managed to get a couple of wickets. The rest of the bowlers also did a good job and chipped in with a few wickets. Overall, it has been an outstanding effort from the B Love Kandy and they can be proud of the way in which they've played in the tournament.

18.6 Angelo Mathews to Lahiru Kumara, SIX! Kumara finally gets one from the middle of the bat but that has come too late for Galle.
