What a team performance from Geneva! Unlike there opponents who were completely dependent on Sangar, everyone contributed for them and brilliantly pulled the game back after every setback.

Haque, Ahmadzai and Mehmood got them off to a stunning start scoring 51 for the first wicket and taking it 92/2. Mehmood got out in the seventh over to make it 92/3 but the chasing side still looked pretty comfortable. Mohammadi and Jabarkhil got out within four balls to make it interesting.

Sangar then came to bowl the ninth over. He was hit for 26 in his first and Geneva needed less than that at that stage. But he metronomically delivered yorkers after yorkers to get Moses out and take the game to the last over.

After brilliant fielding effort that resulted in six from Sangar and a smart catch from Hamdard, Geneva needed 4 off 4 when Perera, who usually bats up the order but recently had a shoulder injury, came and smacked the ball for six at number nine!
