A pretty easy victory for Geneva as they register their fourth win in this competition. Zurich Lions fought well with the ball but a target of 94 was never going to be enough to defend. The Lions' skipper removed Numan Ahmazai in the first over while Nicholas Salonen struck twice in two balls to reduce Geneva to 13/3. However, Ali Shah counter-attacked to an extent and broke the shackles off his team. There was still another twist in the tale as Ali holed out in the deep off Snehil Joshi's bowling in the fourth over.

Yet, that was the last good moment for the Lions as Ashwin Prakash bowled a poor sixth over conceding three no-balls. Jamil Jabarkhil took advantage of those freebies and helped Geneva take 24 runs off the over. This ensured that the game was all but done and dusted even though Jabarkhil was castled in the eighth over. The skipper Anser Mehmood batted sensibly and struck a six off Joshi to end the game with 11 balls to spare!
