The Ripoll Warriors have stolen that win from right under the nose of the Hawks. The two sides were level at the end of the powerplay, seemingly heading towards a similar tail-off at the backend of the innings before the rain came in during the second innings.

After a slight delay, the Hawks were gifted a kind equation with 12 runs needed off the last couple of overs. They completely lost their heads in the middle and kept throwing wickets away, going through a stuttering collapse.

Zain Mujadi somehow held his nerve to bring the equation down to 2 required off the final ball but could not get his side over the finish line. The eventful golden ball delivered once more with Prince Dhiman eventually holding his nerve to take the Ripoll Warriors to a thrilling victory.
