What an emphatic win for the Barana Aute Warriors! They were good with the bat early on and their bowlers have been remarkable as they've restricted the Indian River Rowers to a paltry score here. The River Rowers did get off to a good start as they picked up 12 runs of the first over but they were never really in the game after that as they kept loosing wickets at regular intervals and failed to find the gaps. The pressure of the required run rate did get to them and in the end 103 proved to be a bit too much for them as the Barana Aute Warriors put up a 29 run victory on the board. Most of their batters struggled to get off the blocks and it was late hitting from Lex Magloire and Ken Jean that got them to a respectable score.

The Warriors bowlers were absolutely impeccable today as they hardly gave anything away. The show was started by Kurtney Anselm who got 2/13 in his two overs and set the tone for the defense for them. From there on the rest of the bowlers capitalized and kept building up the pressure on the batters. The likes of Alvinison Jolly and Johnnel Eugene were highly economical and it really helped their cause. Overall, a great win for the Barana Aute Warriors as they've gotten back to winning ways. This win will give them a lot of confidence as they move into the top 4 from here on. For the River Rowers, well it was a sorry tale once again as they put up a really disappointing performance. They're all but out of the tournament from here.
