As one of the on-air commentators said, that last over will be all over social media! Anyway, that will be all from the Marsta Cricket Club for this riveting contest. This is Bidipto and Rudransh signing off. Keep following Sportskeeda!
Alby Zalmi CC win by 3 wickets.
Sami Khalil 54 (21) | Kamran Rashid 2/15 Azeem Amin 26 (8) | Bilal Muhammad 2/15
What a game of cricket! How often do we see three run-outs and a final-ball six from a tailender to win the match? An absolute thriller to do justice to these entertaining teams. Alby Zalmi CC take their first win of the season and Jinnah CC have been handed their first defeat.
Fielding was the point of difference in this match. Jinnah CC's excellent start in the first innings was undone by the safe catching hands of Zalmi CC fielders. In the second innings, Zalmi lost four wickets in the first four overs and looked down and out but some poor fielding cost them 15 extras which turned the game around. Not to forget Khalil's powerful hitting. What a superstar he looks when he's in form. He was well-supported by Nawaz as the duo kept picking boundaries in the middle overs to string together a brilliant partnership.
Sadaqat's ninth over was a thing of beauty and built the pressure that led to both set batters getting run out in the last over, but Marshal Khan smoked a brilliant six on the final ball to show them how it's done.

9.6 Sameer Khan to Mashal Khan, THAT WILL DO IT! ALBY ZALMI WIN WITH A SIX OFF THE LAST BALL! Good length ball on middle-and-leg. Mashal clears the front leg, stays right back and smokes it from the middle of his bat way over deep mid-wicket to pick up half-a-dozen runs!
Mashal Khan, RHB, comes to the crease
9.5 Sameer Khan to Javid Dawoodzai, RUN OUT! THIRD ONE IN THE OVER! Good length slower ball on off-and-middle. Smashed off the back foot to deep mid-wicket. He fumbles again and that persuades the batters to take two. But, in trying to do so, Javid runs himself out at the keeper's end!
Javid Dawoodzai run out (Tasaduq Hussain / Kamran Zia) 1 (1b, 0x4, 0x6)
9.4 Sameer Khan to Qudratullah Mir Afzal, good length ball on off-stump. Driven down to deep mid-off from the front foot for a single.
9.3 Sameer Khan to Qudratullah Mir Afzal, MISFIELDED FOR FOUR! Good length ball on middle-stump. Pulled hard and down to deep mid-wicket from the back foot. The fielder makes a hash of it and gives away a boundary!
Javid Dawoodzai, RHB, comes to the crease
9.2 Sameer Khan to Qudratullah Mir Afzal, RUN OUT AGAIN! Full and in the block hole on off-stump. Drilled back to the bowler from the crease but the non-striker was already midway through the pitch for a run! The bowler dislodged the bails easily to run Sami out! Both set batters are dismissed here.
Saad Nawaz run out (Sameer Khan) 29 (18b, 4x4, 1x6)
Qudratullah Mir Afzal, RHB, comes to the crease
9.1 Sameer Khan to Saad Nawaz, WICKET! Full toss around off-stump. Driven down to deep cover after a slight misfield in the circle for a couple of runs. They try and take a third after a fumble from the keeper but the attempted run results in a RUN OUT at the striker's end!
Sami Khalil run out (Taj Hussain / Kamran Zia) 54 (21b, 5x4, 5x6)
Sadaqat squeezed out all his experience to concede just three off it. Khalil and Nawaz looked nervous. Will it cost them the match?

8.6 Sharjeel Sadaqat to Sami Khalil, fuller and slower outside off-stump. Another swipe across the line and a miss! Dot ball.
8.5 Sharjeel Sadaqat to Sami Khalil, good length ball outside off-stump. Another massive swing across the line but the connection is with fresh air!
8.4 Sharjeel Sadaqat to Sami Khalil, OH! Fuller around off-stump. This does on get up and the swing across the line has no connection on it! Dot ball.
8.3 Sharjeel Sadaqat to Saad Nawaz, fuller around leg-stump. Worked around to the right of the keeper for a single this time.
8.3 Sharjeel Sadaqat to Saad Nawaz, WIDE outside off-stump with that delivery slanting across the left-hander! Will have to reload here.
