Brescia CC - 103/6 in 10 overs (Qalab Sajjad 30 off 16 balls, Jaipal Singh 3/23 in 2 overs) beat Kings XI - 87/6 in 10 overs (Vikas Kumar 27 off 18 balls, Bashar Khan 3/15 in 2 overs) by 16 runs.
Kings XI began the run chase pretty well, getting some quick runs right from the word go, until Bashar Khan came on to bowl. He did get hit for a six early on, but after that, everything turned Brescia CC's way, as the spin duo of Bashar and the captain Qalab Sajjad, made sure that both the runs dried up and the wickets kept falling.
After that, pace on the ball did provide some leeway, but there was too much left to do for Kings XI, as their batting could not match up to the asking rate, even with the help of some misfields from the opposition.
That is all that we have for you from the JCC Brescia Cricket for now, before returning with the last match of the day in a bit! This is the pair of Rajarshi and Bidipto, saying good bye! Keep following Sportskeeda!

9.6 Sajid Afridi to Abdullah Abdullah, low full toss, Abdullah merely manages to play this back to the bowler. And that is it, Brescia Cricket Club keep their 100% win record intact, defeating the Kings XI by 16 runs!
9.5 Sajid Afridi to Jaswinder Singh, tries to smash this one down the ground, just the single
9.4 Sajid Afridi to Jaswinder Singh, swing and a miss! Was in the slot and Jaswinder misses out! That might be the game!
9.3 Sajid Afridi to Abdullah Abdullah, digs this one down to long-on, another single
9.2 Sajid Afridi to Jaswinder Singh, hit hard down to long-off, they only take the single despite a mis-field
9.1 Sajid Afridi to Abdullah Abdullah, Abdullah manages to hit this full length ball down the ground, the fielder at long-on rushes across and somehow stops this one from touching the ropes, just the single at the end
So now we have a case of Brescia CC requiring to defend 20 runs off the last 6 balls and odds are in favour of them. But, Kings XI will have to keep their belief high and strong, as 20 runs can get scored off the last over if the bowler loses his nerves!

8.3 Imran Naveed to Jaswinder Singh, smashes this one to deep cover, just a single
8.2 Imran Naveed to Jaswinder Singh, down to long-off, the fielder there fumbled the ball as it bounced awkwardly in front of him, that allowed them to come back for a second
8.1 Imran Naveed to Jaswinder Singh, on a length outside off, Jaswinder tries to pull, gets an inside edge which was expertly stopped by the keeper
Imran Naveed [1.0-0-8-0] is back to bowl.
Kings XI need one big ninth over now! A 12-run over at least, to keep themselves in the hunt to chase the runs down. One thing is for sure, pace on the ball is easier to negotiate for both these teams than pace off!

7.6 Sajid Afridi to Sarbjit Singh, hit hard down to long-off, the fielder from long-on swiftly gets across and fires in a quick return as they come back for the second, had the bowler collected the throw, Jaswinder would have been a goner for sure!
