All covered for you on Sportskeeda. Stay tuned.
Not much to say here, The Qalandars have outplayed Multan Sultan's eleven here! They have got them all out with just a few deliveries before the match ended. The bowlers gave a splendid performance which has done the trick for the batters as they managed to get the wickets at the right time and, boy did they take those wickets!
The innings started with some brutal pace and the skipper got the team the early breakthrough as he lead from the front and the first wicket was more than enough to start with a train wreck for the batting line up as the entire top order collapsed, and once the foundation topples, so does the building! Rashid Khan's 2 wickets in 2 deliveries did the damage and from then on it was just the 11th over which was a fruitful one for the batters as the bowlers kept on taking the wickets from time to time to get them all out on 130 and the batters were not even able to make it past the score of 30 runs.
The Qalandars are at the second place on the points table and the Multans Sultans are still on the top of the table as their winning streak ends today. The Qalandars will look to carry this momentum for the games to come.
Lahore Qalandars won by 52 runs
Mohammad Rizwan(Captain, Multan Sultans) - Last 4 matches we have been batting first and Fakhar Zaman has always given us a good start. I think dew had absolutely no factor towards the bad bowling performance, rather I think it is an excuse, whoever plays good cricket wins and their planning has the credit at the end of it.
Shaheen Shah Afridi (Captain, Lahore Qalandars) - Enjoying the captaincy in front of the crowd. Performances are good and credit goes to Fakhar and Rashid for their outstanding performances in this match. When the players drop the catches, I like to give them the motivation to the players when they require the most as there is no point getting angry at them all the time. The match was an amazing one and we are looking forward to carry the confidence forward for the matches to come.
Fakhar Zaman (Player of the Match): I just try to play ball by ball. When it gets tough I try to take it deep since given the way the wicket plays, if we get a solid platform after 10 overs we would be in a good position. The Karachi wicket was good but here, you struggle a little bit upfront with the ball not coming on completely. If you spend enough time in the middle you can do well. It's a big win against a team like Multan and we need to keep the momentum going. It felt great playing in front of this crowd - it would be incredible when it comes to 100 percent.
Rashid Khan: I think it was all about the length on this wicket. It was keeping low so I had the same thing in my mind which was to keep it simple. It's pretty hard to bowl the third one - a hat-trick ball has more pressure on the batter than the bowler though. I just hit the right areas and that worked well for me. It was a very important win especially against Multan Sultans. Coming out here in Lahore in front of our home crowd was great. We need to keep the momentum going. It's been a long time, we've missed the crowd. We were so happy to have such support from the crowd. That gives you extra energy on the field and we hope we continue to put on a good show.

19.3 Zaman Khan to Imran Tahir, OUT! GAME OVER! It's a length delivery outside off, Tahir has to reach for it and he heaves it way over extra cover before the sweeper tears to his left and pouches it on the go before sliding onto his knees as a result of the momentum. A real good catch to cap off a top outing for the home side. Lahore Qalandars win by 52 runs!
Imran Tahir c Harry Brook b Zaman Khan 3 (9b 0x4 0x6)
19.2 Zaman Khan to Imran Tahir, AHH! Well done Imran Tahir! Searing yorker on the leg-stump and he somehow manages to jam his bat down on time and get bat on it. He nearly falls over as well in the process!
19.1 Zaman Khan to Shahnawaz Dahani, slower one on a back of a length radar outside off, Dahani clogs it across the line for a single into the mid-wicket region as it hits the inside edge. Aleem Dar shares a joke with him post that!
Zaman Khan, 3-0-20-2, coming to bowl the final over of the innings.
The batters fight it out and not give away that one wicket! They are just six deliveries away from losing this one it seems.

18.6 Haris Rauf to Imran Tahir, JUST SHORT! Magnificent effort though from Shaheen - full and angling into the stumps, Tahir makes room and carves it uppishly towards mid-off from where the skipper throws himself forward with a dive. Alas, it just falls short of him!
18.5 Haris Rauf to Imran Tahir, back of a length delivery outside off, Tahir tries having a go at it to deposit it with a heave down the ground but it's his turn to connect with thin air.
18.4 Haris Rauf to Shahnawaz Dahani, very full on the fifth-stump line, Dahani makes room before dragging it with a lot of effort along the strip. The ball just about evades the bowler as the batters cross over.
18.3 Haris Rauf to Shahnawaz Dahani, yorker just outside off, Dahani makes room and throws his bat at it but he fails to get any wood on it again. Proper number 11 stuff out there!
18.2 Haris Rauf to Shahnawaz Dahani, WILD HEAVE! 'Oye!' says the bowler as he looks to have a word with the batter but Dahani simply walks away! Dug into the track at the stumps, he backs away and sweeps himself off his feet in an attempt to heave it out of the ground. No connection whatsoever!
18.1 Haris Rauf to Imran Tahir, good length delivery just outside off, Tahir holds his ground and dabs it late down to third man to get Dahani back on strike. What can we see now?
The wicket not coming for the Qalandars and Multan Sultans will look to delay the loss here.

17.6 Shaheen Shah Afridi to Shahnawaz Dahani, GOODNESS ME! He's trying all sorts of things out there now! Back of a length delivery just outside leg, Dahani walks across and goes off balance again as he attempts an extravagant scoop over the keeper's head. He just connects with the thin atmosphere around him though.
