Marsa CC won by 9 wickets (with 18 deliveries to spare)
That's the end of the match. Some exceptional power-hitting towards the end by Fanyan Mughal as Marsa CC romps home by 9 wickets and with three deliveries to spare. It could have been a tricky run-chase for Marsa CC had they lost early wickets but some sensible batting early on and then some lusty blows towards the end helped them coast towards their victory target.
Muhammad Suleman was dismissed early and it was evens stevens at the end of the powerplay. However Mughal and Niraj Khanna had other ideas. They cut loose from the 6th over and turned the match on it's head. Fanyan Mughal ended the match with back-to-back sixes and completed a well-deserved half-century. He remained unbeaten on 53 off 23 deliveries which included 5 fours and 4 sixes. Niraj Khanna supported him very well, remaining unbeaten on 25 off just 10 deliveries.
Earlier in the day, it was Msida Warriors who posted a competitive 89 in their allotted 10 overs on the back of a stupendous knock from Rockey Dianish who scored 62 off 33 deliveries. Venkatesh Pakalapati was the pick of the bowlers for Malsa CC, scalping a wicket for just 12 runs in his 2 overs.

6.1 Ashwin Paul to Fanyan Mughal, SIX! BOOM! Alright, It's Niraj who gets into the act now. Short on the outside off, Mughal down on one knee and DISPATCHED it over deep square-leg fence for a maximum.
17 runs coming off that over and the target is proving to be a cakewalk at the moment. The boundaries are coming thick and fast.
