The Strikers win it comfortably in the end after stumbling for a bit, Penna with a brilliant 56 run innings stayed on till the end to make sure they crossed the line. Patterson helped her along the way as they both rescued their team after being 3 down for 18.

Garth, Moloney and Sutherland started off well getting a wicket each in the powerplay, but they could not continue taking the wickets after that. They lost with just 5 balls to spare as a few extra runs and they might have won it. Sutherland took 2 wickets in the end but could not get any more.
