Thanks to some wayward bowling on their own part, Nicosia Tigers were up against a target of 97, but they ended up making light work of it. Their top-order took care of it, with Zeeshan Mahmoud finishing with 46 off 33 deliveries. The portly right-hander, along with Roman Mazumder, his opening partner, and Iftekar Jaman later on, controlled the run-chase really well. The batters played as per the situation, before they went big towards the latter stages and finished it off with an over and a delivery to spare.

There were a few sundries from the Everest bowlers as well, though not as many as the first innings. The boundaries came frequently for the two openers, but the Everest's hope took a hike when Bimal Ranabhat got Roman Mazumder to edge to the man at short third. Mahmoud, teaming up with Jaman, navigated the run-chase quite well after that, punishing the boundary balls when on offer.

Jaman then took on Jeevan Lamsal in the 8th over, which brought the required rate down to under six. It was a cakewalk after that, and the Tigers boosted their Net Run Rate a tad bit in the process of registering the win.
